BRIDAL PRICING

SCHEDULE

All events include tables and chairs for seating up to 230 people. Black/ Chocolate tablecloths will be included with a centerpiece mirror and vase. Tables available are: 23-6’ rounds, 10 guests each, 6-30”x6’ rectangular tables, up to 6 guests each or utility/buffet, and 4-48”x48”, 4 guests each or utility. Additional table sizes and quantities are available for an additional charge.

Evening Event:

An evening event is scheduled from 4:00pm through 2:00am, Friday and Saturday night, and from 3:00pm through 12:00 midnight , Sunday through Thursday nights. Set-up for caterers/entertainers shall be included in this timeframe, unless other arrangements are made or if time permits. Tear-down of caterers/entertainers and guests must be completed ½ hour after the scheduled ending time. Additional hours may be purchased up to 6:00am at a rate of $150.00/hour.

We will be happy to secure additional services such as your caterer, flowers, entertainers, linens, etc. Those items may be ordered at a later date as arrangements are finalized and

will be invoiced separately. All payments must be made in full before event date.

A damage deposit of $400.00, or $800.00 if well liquor is served, shall be collected from the Renter secured as a check or charge to a major credit card (due at time of signing). Such charge will not be processed until after the event following Micon The Ballroom’s confirmation of damage. See Rental Agreement Document for further terms and conditions.

Balance due for remainder of rental rate for date secured, any balance unpaid for

additional services. Sales Tax will be applied in addition to balance due. Full balance
